And think- if they get away with doing it to you, what about other people they're likely bullying? What about the people they try to bully after you? I know that's a lot of responsibility and thought to go through as a victim, but sometimes it helps people understand why they may have to be brave, even though it sucks and it's scary.
I saw you also post that you're scared you're having heart palpitations- you're likely suffering from anxiety and this continued situation can and will affect your health negatively.
A primary care doctor can give you gentle anti anxiety medication to help you get through this. I know it's scary but it's a very quick conversation with a doctor to get the help you need. They can put you on gentle meds that help significantly in my experience- I went on some myself recently. Some can also help you sleep if that's giving you trouble. I was also having heart palpitations due to anxiety and after a few months with medication, I feel much, much better.
You aren't alone! And please consider joining some online communities if you don't have a support network in your town. Maybe for a show you like or a hobby you have. Best of luck.
