My opinion usually in these cases is to say you do you, forget the boyfriend and keep the baby but don't expect any help – but some of these comments are really scary and she also does not seem to be in a financially stable position. OP please take a moment to think on how this will impact you long term – you are 39 but you already have two other children and you still have a few years ahead of you. I do not understand the desperation to keep another child under these circumstances.

They are relevant to your wrongdoing. They are restrictive for a person who has not done anything wrong to have such rules imposed on them. In a normal, healthy, trusting relationship your girlfriend would have done nothing wrong here. Unfortunately, because of your philandering, she felt it necessary to put blockades in place to stop YOU from cheating on her again. Now she's “broken the rules” when she didn't do anything to earn these “rules” in the first place.
It was immature to instill them, but that's what happens when you date a 21-year-old. Let her go and do better in your next relationship. The trust is too far gone in this one.
Just remember, you marry her, her debt becomes YOUR debt. Pretty sure you would still get stuck with it even after a divorce. Take everyone's advice and talk with a lawyer THROUGHLY before saying “I do”
