You indicate in the OP that you take responsibility for your actions, and want to improve and want advice.
However, in the comments, you seem hostile to advice, and balk at what you consider “judgment”.
I think you still regard these episodes as an aberration for which you are not ultimately responsible. The fact is, we are all the product of wrongs and traumas for which we were not entirely responsible, that nevertheless shape consequent volitional actions for which we are entirely responsible. It’s not fair. But the buck stops somewhere, so to speak. Part of taking responsibility is understanding that, no matter how unfair the circumstances were that led you to this point, you own your volitional actions. No one else can.
I'm not and have never been fat, though. My mom lives 1000 miles away and we would likely only be seeing her a few times a year.
After her weight loss, my mom barely even looks “fat” to me. Most of her remaining extra weight is excess skin (per her doctor), not weight that can be lost through diet and exercise. She wears about a size 12-14 in US sizes so isn't even “plus size” by those standards.
As I said, my mom regularly walks marathons and goes on long hikes, and she follows a healthy diet (she lost her weight and maintains it with the Mediterranean diet). Given these details, I don't see how body size alone would be a bad influence on our kid. Especially as our kid is going to encounter people of all shapes and sizes in the world.
Nothing in that moment. Hes a dick n selfish. Only thing ur doing wrong is choosing to stay with him.
This isn’t the first time and it won’t be the last if you stay. You know this OP. You need to leave and consider getting custody of your kids.
