  3. Yeah call it quits, remain 'professional' at work & move on. If you can afford to do some traveling to clear your mind, do it.

    In the future – NEVER date a coworker, esp. one that is in the same department you're in.

    I'm an old fart who was in IT for over 30 years, ran 3 small business, rehabilitated 2 hotels purchased by friends, was COO of a chapter S corp that did IT training & consulting; I wouldn't even date customers. There are plenty of other places to meet potential dates and you'd be surprised how many dates I picked up while waiting in the check-out line at stores.
