Reading all the rest of you comments, I think you are an amazing, loving and giving person – I really do mean it! I mean, carrying for someone that apparently does not care for you, working hard to support both of you, doing chores around the house and also being considered of his feelings. You deserve so much better than someone who just leaches of you.
You're only 21, and you've known this man for less than a year. As strongly as you feel towards him, really, you barely know him.
I know you don't want to see it this way, and I'm very sorry for how condescending this sounds, but you're barely out of puberty, and your emotional development is still in progress. Human brains are still developing into full adulthood until around age 25. Please don't saddle yourself with this boy and his psychopathic child!
Some people are blaming the father for his son's behavior, and while he definitely is far too young and irresponsible to be a parent, the fact is that we don't know what causes psychopathy to develop. If indeed that is what is happening.
Bottom line, all of this is WAY above your paygrade as a 21 year old girlfriend. It's very reasonable for a single parent to get to know a new partner very well before introducing them to their child (and three months is too early,) but hiding the fact is a huge red flag.
