I think there are domestic abuse shelters that can help guide you through this. Get all your important documents. Be ready to change passwords, close off your bank acct (open one in a NEW bank to be safe). If you have very trusted family or friends who know this dude is a dirt bag, see if they can help escort you. Get a new phone number, and use that from now on. New email. Do not give that info out to ANYONE who has any kind of kinship with him. Socials? Closed off. I'd argue against having any for a chunk of time. I'm not sure how I'd let him know we were done and he won't see me again (and to not contact me again in any way, shape form. Don't be nice about it, don't apologize, be concise and short.
