I have bad ADHD and have had very bad depression so I know it can be very hot but it's not an excuse. The chart is a good idea but also I set alarms on my phone when I need to remember to do something, or pair it with another thing I will (eventually) remember to do (ie going to the bathroom, eating lunch, etc). I do clean as I go so maybe my time estimate is out of whack but if you both pick up after yourself, it shouldn't take him more than 1 hr/day to do the housework, I usually do all my meal prep/deep cleaning in one weekend afternoon.
I've been type 2 for many years. I'm the primary bread winner. I am a truck driver. I take a shot (Ozempic) once a week, and pills twice a day. Because of laziness, I use a glucose monitor where I scan my arm every few hours and have a continuous track.

A few years ago, I applied to a Craigslist ad looking for a personal assistant and dog-sitter. Job duties were light office work, managing dry-cleaning and such, and taking care of a dog 9-5pm.
Imagine my surprise when I find myself working out of this guy’s home office, running morning reports for his pharmacy with SQL and Excel, opening and putting away Amazon deliveries, designing marketing materials, taking the dog to the dog park, having dry-cleaning picked up and delivered, getting estimates from fencing and water filtration companies, re-designing the website, being the account purchaser of a pharmacy and placing $60k+ of orders daily, going to the mall to pick up Christmas gifts for office staff, keeping track of and updating board of pharmacy licenses, company car registrations, taking his car in for service, etc etc. I made $12 an hour.
