So the question on how do they find the time? Easy. They sacrifice the time with their spouse not their children. The time when the children were attended to all day long til bed time is child’s time. Even school days which run about 7 hours. The adult time comes later. Also, their side partners do not get nearly as much time as their spouse or especially their child does. They understand that children and immediate family come first. This is how a normal poly household is. The OP on the other hand got dealt with a couple of bad parents who if mono, likely would have been just as awful, just like all the other awful mono parents.
