Not sure if you've ended it yet, but the only advice I can offer is that, given what you said, I'm 99.9% sure your relationship will end at some point. I have ADHD, I’m not medicated nor do I go to therapy. And I also “self medicate with no tobacco.” Yet I can still function like an adult and go to work, go to the grocery store, go to the gym, go home, clean, cook, and do all other activities that come with being an adult. Your boyfriend is a child and you need to stop taking care of him. He doesn’t deserve it. Not to mention you pay his child support??? That’s a deadbeat if I’ve ever seen one. You can do so much better than this.
This may be more that he's a teenager still living with parents than that it's “not the right time”. It's just to be expected that a high school student will be more dependent on parents than someone who's already in postsecondary education or out in the working world. His mother might also be on the more firm side of the parenting spectrum. These things are pretty unavoidable in someone his age. But the part that you should be concerned about is that when he did have the opportunity to spend “quality time” with you he got drunk and tried to molest you. He's likely just lacking the maturity to conduct the kind of relationship you might want.
