  2. Normally I do work 40 hours / 5 days, but like everywhere else we’re short on workers and having the least seniority, I have to fill in a lot. I can’t just up and leave either, the job pays well and has great benefits so leaving would be a very poor choice just because I temporarily have to work extra.
