It is very immature, like other comments have said. However, to be the devils advocate, do you tend to “drop the ball” a lot in her eyes? Has she spoken to you about other times you have said you will do something and haven’t? Sometimes people aren’t receptive enough to prior conversations and it results in somebody lashing out/overreacting to little things.
From the post though with no other information, I would have a conversation with her and ask why she gets so upset over such small things. Maybe it will reveal more of how she feels about the relationship.
