I think you’re right, I haven’t been perfect, but I have been the best version of me that I could be, and I don’t want to not be that, because then I’ll settle for someone who is also settling for the not best version of me. I know she loves me, but I think I need to call her bluff, and if she is fine with me leaving than I know I did the right thing. But if she caves? Then I feel like I’ll look like the jerk that was ready to walk away
Why teach English in Japan? They will work her like a horse. She will be taking long hours of work and stress will keep piling on. It’s not enough to even have a decent living in Japan depends on what city. She is way over her head
