After reading your comments, it's a big No, your gf sounds really entitled, she comes to dinner late and then asks your Mum to do her washing, nope, how rude! She could just go to a laundromat. And now the expectation that you will pick the brother & friend up from the airport, give them free accommodation at your parents place and then drop them back at the airport again all because it's easier for her than dealing with her roommate. They can do what most people would do, stay in a hotel and use uber or taxi's for transport. After this behaviour I'd be seriously rethinking whether you want to be with someone so entitled.
Sounds like he’s not ready to be in a relationship OR an adult. I certainly would not be paying his way. If he in fact wanted to move to the US, then he would be saving very hot to get there.
