I don't think the DNA test was wrong I think the lack of conversation and involving his ex (depending on their relationship) is wrong.
I am a woman. When I had my child, I asked my husband if he wanted a DNA test. I KNEW the baby that came out of me was MINE, and I knew it was HIS, but it seems fair to let the father have any doubts put to rest early… not 8 years later in Family court. If this was done automatically, it would solve a lot of problems and if every baby born was tested, it would not single out anyone or imply a particular mother was lying about paternity.

They gave me an option: miscarry naturally or get a D&C. I got the latter and found out I was correct, I was 6 weeks along. There was no danger I could naturally miscarry due to the blood clots and the aging passing them. When I had the D&C there was nothing but uterus lining. The foetus was flushed down the toilet.
