we have had at least 4 arguments about this girl already and he always promised that I don’t have to worry. She was the one who was more flirty…….
but he just went with it.
This is the biggest red flag I see. Work environments can be tough though, he might be worried bout this girl and what she might do if he were too outright reject her (lost job?), yes this is probably an extreme but it could be on his mind.
They were texting about some client having a great ass and then about her (coworker) using her butt to attrack more clients.
I mean, definitely rude too say, but maybe that's just the personality she puts out in the office. Does she only flirt with your bf? Does she flirt with a bunch of people in the office/clients?
Idk what your arguments about this girl looked like, but maybe try to have an honest conversation about what is happening between this coworker and your bf, try to be amicable and understand what's going through his head and to not turn this into another argument. That would be better then going through his phone without his permission/accusing him.
However, if you've tried that and he's dismissive and/or just acts like this isn't an issue, then yeah, you're probably not crazy.
