2. Although amusingly, bringing people into the office, breathing down their necks and making them feel hot done by is a great management tactic to get less productivity and less energy out of them. 3. I think you need to strongly reconsider a girlfriend that doesn’t have your back or believe you when you say someone else made you feel bad.

   I understand you have a lot invested in this relationship, including an upcoming trip to Japan (that I am kind of jealous of, myself).However, the way she treats you makes me kind of pissed off and I don’t think she takes the impact of her words and actions very seriously.

   Every day that you stay with her anyway tells her that her behavior isn’t a problem and she might as well continue doing it
