Respect the timeline and don’t try to fight him leaving. Focus on fun, don’t get too head over heels. I would say still take it as slow as you both need before you feel safe opening up to sex, labels, boundaries, longer stays together, etc. Setup boundaries around open/closed and be very truthful to each other. Over communicate about needs/desires. Stay safe.
If you don’t get to any of those types of milestones don’t beat yourself up. I will also say you both can stay friends and maybe stay in touch… just don’t expect that.
