30 year old man here, it sounds like your son has an addiction to pornography as well as depression/anxiety. I’d advise therapy for both things, as he is on his to becoming a shut in at the minimum, and a red-piller/incel at the very worst.
Either option would be terrible for a young man and I’d hate for him to never experience love from a genuinely loving woman. I would also recommend possibly getting him into a mentorship program, and a men’s support group for porn addiction.
