Gurl listen to what ur saying. You don’t owe anyone anything. You shouldn’t stay with someone because of guilt or abandoning them. They need to take care of themselves, even if they have a disability they are an adult I can’t think of a disability that prevents autonomy to google or call therapists to get an appointment. He’s an adult.
Everyone has mental health issues at times, but there needs to be a super strong foundation of positive experiences and enrichment to your life. I recommend reading up or watching YouTube on the topic of codependency.
You’re so young you can find someone else who will make you so much happier. You need to serve your own self first, contrary to religious cultural sayings. I highly recommend a therapist too, they helped me to break up with someone recently who also had mental health issues. Relationships should not make you feel guilty or ashamed.
You don’t owe this guy nothing. You can be kind and leave it at that, but you keep talking like your chained to him. Feel empowered to be independent and find a better partner.
