I agree with some that say she is coming across as immature and needing much more experience and skills in communicating better.
also I don't think she truly understands how acts of service works. it isn't that the other person becomes your personal butler. Also, most people I know whose LL is acts of service , they are typically the ones who are doing things for others.
I fail to see what you get out of this relationship that makes your life better. maybe it has run its course, I know the age gap on paper might not seem like a big deal, but I think it's now coming across that you and her are in different spaces emotionally.
a big red flag is the fact you don't not feel comfortable saying no. Do not ignore that.
