You are not overreacting. Your response to this is normal. You laid out very reasonable boundaries. The first step is to cut contact and she's not willing to follow through and actually fix this. She's also not willing to give him up. Instead, she's dragging other people in to lie for her. I know you want to work it out but this is very one sided here. It would be better to just save your money and walk away.
Listen to yourself. Why do what he wants when you could do what you want? In this case, that means NOT sleeping with someone you don’t know under the pressure of someone you do!
Please, from someone who has been in this exact situation(excluding the engagement), LEAVE. You're so young. What you want at 18 will NOT be what you want at 22. A relationship where you can't say no to sex is such a red flag.
