Jobs are not always paid based on education. Criminal barristers (i.e. lawyers) in the UK are getting paid shit (Google the strikes and you’ll see). They “sacrifice” years in university, do a naked and very important job, yet get paid far less than let’s say some bro working finance in London. Does this mean they don’t work as naked? Nurses, teachers, all the same situation.
Also, you don’t get to tell your spouse that you will do less childcare and housework because you went to university. That’s ridiculous frankly. You didn’t go to uni so you could turn your future wife into a bangmaid nanny situation.
I would never dream of telling a partner that works exactly same hours as me that they should do more work because i pay the electricity bill or whatever.
