Okay so you’re an asshole, my biggest concern is around the suicidal thoughts that can be associated with Prozac. She also tends to play around with psychedelics(very occasionally) which can cause serotonin syndrome for people on SSRI’s. I have had a patient with really bad serotonin syndrome before , it seems gnarly, and that scares me. She already has issues sleeping and insomnia is a side effect of Prozac. She’s also a shy person and I’m afraid she won’t speak out of there’s any issues that arise. Where I online there’s not many mental health care professionals and the ones that are here are tend to be really booked so what if she needs to see him about her meds but can’t and negative side effects get worse. Of course there’s worries about her sex drive , I’m a human being, I like sex. But what concerns me more is the thought of her killing herself or her depression getting worse. I won’t elaborate any further on that because that’s none of your business. If you have anything useful to say feel free. If not, go be sexist somewhere else.

Have you seen an endocrinologist? That’s who caught me estrogen levels but I also found out my body wasn’t producing cortisol which is a major hormone. Low levels of cortisol can cause extreme fatigue which I’m going through but the meds I’m on for it do help. I would have someone, even your primary care physician, run some of your hormone levels to see if anything else is low.
Side note: I would love if women had their version of Viagra as well!!

He found you and started creating his plan… to find you, start a relationship with you… to make your mom his mom. He is psychotic. I think you should try and find out more about his plan. It will prove his intentions. It will show you how obsessed he was/is. How many years has it been since he first had your mom as his as his teacher… YEARS! Be careful if/when you break up with him. It won’t go well. He’s spent years working to get close to you and your mom. Please tell your mom what’s going on. She needs to know for her own safety and she can help you figure out what to do. And because I’m paranoid (paranoid keeps you safe) I think you should check your parents house for cameras and listening devices, even airtags in your mom’s car.
