  1. After reading your posts, dump her and go on hinge or depending how wealthy you are use Instagram but I’m more interested in how you just gave 220k to loan out !

  2. From a guys perspective—he realizes that being a parent to an infant is comp different than (in your words) “helping to raise your son”. In his mind, it was his “last hurrah” before a longterm commitment to you, and only you. In his mind, it was a version of “bachelor party for the father to be”, with him thinking “getting multiple lap dances from a very hot stripper doesn’t constitute as cheating”. Umm, sorry…yes it does, and he needs to know this.

Serious question: have you two discussed him needing to be there for you 110% after your child is born? There are sacrifices that he needs to be willing to take to be the father of your two kids and the husband you need. If lying about this “album party” and begging his buddies to delete him from a text thread is happening now, what is going to happen when things are thought with two children?

I don’t want to downplay it by saying it was a one time screw-up, but honestly, maybe setting up some couples therapy sessions leading up to and after the birth of your child might be necessary for you two to move past this.

  3. I'm sick of all those lonely twentysomethings who think sex and kissing solves all their problems.

Dude, you're lonely because you have a miserable whiner mindset, take care of yourself, MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY.

And then think about how to MAKE the other person HAPPY.

  4. You'll have to put it in your own words but the sentiment and the point you're making is the same.

These aren't her clothes, they're yours.

At 18, you are an adult now. Your relationship with your parents is going to change. Act like an adult, be treated like an adult.

Depending on your culture and stuff, everyone has different concepts of family's roles and responsibilities to each other, but in every culture the adult is treated differently than the child, even within the same family. Everyone who grows up has to make that leap with their parents, and every parent has to make that leap with their children.

So yeah; being an adult means communicating this point to her because it's meaningful and important to you. (I mean, if it's not, then don't.) But you should do so in your own words in a way that fits your relationship with your mother. My suggestion isn't intended to be used verbatim.

  5. If we peel away the specifics, you’re simply afraid that your bf might cheat on you. This is your first relationship. You’re vulnerable in a way he is not. Even if he hasn’t given you reason to doubt him, the seed has been planted.

If fear of being abandoned is an overall issue for you, I might consider getting therapy if I were you.

  6. Err actually for some people herpes is absolutely a big deal and that's perfectly fine. I personally wouldn't have a sexual relationship with someone who has it, that's my choice, because for me an incurable STD is a big deal. It might well be for the OP as well, and that's entirely up to him.
