Often people imitate people they like, either intentionally or not, potentially they're subconsciously doing it to relate to you more? Which doesn't detract from the fact it's annoying, definitely valid thing to be annoyed at – but thought it was worth mentioning in case you hadnt thought of it.
This is a sane response. A lot of these posts lambast people in committed relationships for even thinking about finding another person attractive, or heaven forbid catching some feelings for someone, even if they never act on it. These are normal human emotions, and denying that makes them a lot harder to deal with. We don't act on those emotions because we're better people – we don't want to hurt those we love and explode our own lives for what might have been.

Just avoid doing anything which seems like you are hiding things. If the opportunity arises to occasionally include your wife so she gets to know this colleague that might help as well.

Boyfriend should buy his ideal home and both mortgage and deed should be in his name only. Normally I’d say then you pay a proportional amount of housing expenses (like 25%) to him. The best way to approach this is to tell him you aren't blowing him every day because you're an actual human with her own thoughts and desires who gets to decide when she wants to participate in sexual activity.
