As someone who struggles with severe mental illness ranging from OCD, extreme anxiety, depression, and more, it IS possible to find someone who is supportive. Ive been with my partner for 3 years now.
Lying to them with a “what they dont know wont hurt them” mentality is selfish and harmful. It WILL hurt them because you cant hide mental illness. It manifests in ways you dont even realize, and they will see it if they’re close to you and intimate with you and think that they are somehow at fault because they dont know what its stemming from.
If you dont want to get help then your likelihood of having a healthy relationship is greatly diminished. I know its scary being vulnerable, but its the only way to learn coping and to heal a bit. Be honest, its your best option.

To be clear, she can decide this whenever she wants and if you break up with her, it’s nobody’s fault, just sexual incompatibility.
But three months is early enough to cut ties with the knowledge she gave you. You decided at that time to be okay with it, when you could have left. Because a 3 month relationship is frankly nothing in the grand scheme of things.
You can listen to hateful people who say any woman who won’t have sex till marriage is a manipulator, or you can look at this for what it is: a subject that makes the two of you not compatible for a relationship.
