Where are you getting that she pleaded to him to stop? It sounds like she was trying to overpower him and get out of his grasp actually to not lose. I agree that he should have just released her when she couldn't escape and got upset, but everyone is making this out to be that he abused her or something when he did not. He SHOULD'VE LET GO and i can understand her feeling traumitized tbh but they both could've stopped it. I am sure if she had said “stop” or “I give up” or told him to get off he would've done so. But again, I don't agree with him requiring her to surrender before he would let go but I don't feel like this is as horrible as everyone is making it sound .
Hate to break it to you but courts don’t force dads to have more parenting time than they actually want, and if they try, there’s basically zero penalty for refusing time with your kids.
