To answer your question. There isn't a problem with age gaps, as long as your comfortable. I have a fantastic relationship with a friend who could be my grandpa(I'm a female btw) and there is no tension. Only love. I love him as my brother, and friend. It IS possible to be FRIENDS. but with a significant age gap like that, there is always an underlying issue.
