What are you trying to have dialogue about?
Yes, you’re “allowed” to “voice your potential worries” about your attraction to her being affected by her appearance, but you’d also be an asshole if you said that to her. You’ve already voiced your opinion that you’re not into septum piercings, she understands your opinion and wants to do it anyway. Pushing the subject with her would make you a huge asshole.
Do you want to tell her that you’re worried you’ll lose attraction to her if she gets the piercing? Because you really don’t need to do that, that would not be an appropriate conversation. It would just make you look like a huge shallow asshole. She understands you don’t really like it, but it’s clear that your opinion isn’t of paramount importance to her, so either drop the subject or break up.
He doesn’t have to try with you which means you make it too easy for him. Easy solution stop giving so much and start taking love for yourself. Otherwise he will get complacent and take you for granted. An idiot guy will risk it all if he finds that passion again.

Nah, that's not how that should be working. Your joint bills should be split by a percentage of who brings in more, with the leftovers going to personal debt/purse money/whatever. Instead, you make less, pay more, and still bail him out with his shitty attitude and extremely messed up views toward women.
