He liked a girl whom he initially wanted to hook up with only but she didnt have sex with him. He was passive aggressive at first but later on he actually developed some kind of feelings.

He was reluctant but agreed with her and they were on normal terms. He went to talk to her and they spoke normally but he was still unhappy and still wanted to move on.
I dont understand. Why is he trying to move on when she told him she liked him and he had feelings?
