3. You need to talk to him while sober, and get to the root of the problem, and also to let him know what he did was unacceptable.

   Now please don't come at me, I am not condoning what he did in any way. I just want to give a different point of view on this, from my own experiences.

   I grew up with a drunk, I have been around many other drunks in my life time. I guarantee you that your brother going off about his dick was because she said something to him about it. Whether it be dick size or what, but he has taken this to heart, and is having a hard time with what she said.

   I have seen a few men pull their dicks out when drunk and ranting about a ex, because she said something that hurt him about his dick when they broke up.

   Your brother needs therapy, and he needs someone there for him during his pain, and suffering. Even when he is being a dick himself. I am not saying allow him to get away with the behavior, but try to redirect it, and be a little understanding. And don't let him drink anymore, if he is going to act that way when drinking. Help him find better ways to handle his pain.
