I get that it's not easy to cut her off. My question is why is it easy to allow her to influence your child and potentially give them the same issues that you have, or worse? If you are aware that you are living in an abusive environment, does it not concern you that you are raising your child in that environment?
You mention your father as having, “the patience of a saint,” and paint him as the good guy. If he's such a saint, why aren't you and your child living with him? Why hasn't he stepped up to give his homeless daughter and grandchild a home?
Also, aside from rigorously testing potential donors, your mother would have to meet certain requirements in order to qualify for a new kidney. Her age, her health, her willingness to cooperate with the physicians, etc. All of those things plus more would be taken in to consideration. She likely would not qualify for a new kidney, especially if she is refusing dialysis and is uncooperative with the plan the doctors have laid out for her.
My suggestion, if you are not already, is to get into therapy and get your child out of that house.
If she won't stop hanging out with him and his friends that presdure women into sexand people it's better to leave. Doesn't matter if it is par of a latger group It's one thing to find yourself in a bad dituation and other to cobsciously walk into it.
Second thing is weed. With her lacl of self-cobtrol she should stop it and refuse all atfempts to be presdured back to it.
She might need therapy to achieve those things. Without everything I have mention it's really best for you to break up with her.
