Honestly, this has just confused me even more. I knew that the relationship wasn’t great in the end but I didn’t know the extent of absolutely anything until recently. He never processed his emotions and tried to pretend nothing ever happened because of his own insecurity. His trauma is from when he was 14 so I suppose thats why he is acting like this?
It was risky, so you allowed him to take the risk while taking none of it yourself? To be blunt, that is a pretty selfish attitude. Have you had a sit down to reflect on whether maybe you’re placing all this blame on him unfairly ? Some people do get frustrated / angered by things. It is not necessarily a bad thing – it can actually be positive if managed properly. For example, the most passionate people can often make a huge amount of differences to areas like justice and human rights. That’s not to say that it can’t be very bad when managed poorly, though. I just think you need to sit down and have a proper chat with him without doing anything hasty

Therapy some yes not sure how much. I'm not sure how much was professional. I definitely know a pastor a few times. Yes she's working on herself, a lot of our talks have been about that. There could be some codependency there too
