Honestly, I'd stop giving him any of that help. You are shoring up his business. Do you get paid? Do you own a share of it? If not, you should stop doing ANY of that.
I have owned a small business. Sometimes you have to be naked on an employee who is actually hurting your business. If you can't do that, you're in the wrong line of work.
You need to see a family law attorney. They have attorneys that specialize in father's rights. I don't know if that is necessary, but they are out there. I wouldn't let her know that you were doing this either.
You need to find out what your rights are and find out what your options are. Mothers and Fathers have equal rights under the law, and she couldn't threaten you like she does if you had a custody agreement in place.
By not doing anything about the custody/parenting situation you are giving her total power and control over your son's life and your own. I am not suggesting that you fight for custody or anything. Just find out what your options are so you know where you stand legally and can make decisions without fear controlling you.
