Just block and move on. She catfished you. She doesn't deserve another chance.
Maybe tell her parts of what you told us. That all the life changes have really pulled you two apart. You are trying to put effort into your marriage. Suggest that maybe she doesn’t take the new project if possible so you two can slow down life a little bit and reconnect.
Also, consider asking her to hit the breaks with her friend. Not cutting him out or blocking him. Just slowing down temporarily. Your marriage isn’t in a great spot and realistically, anyone of the opposite gender is a threat at that point. Top it off that she’s expressed physical attraction and even if she’s being honest today, we are all human and would struggle. That you two work on your marriage until you feel connected again and then she continues seeing him. But with boundaries in place such as the two of them not being alone… ever or to respect each other’s physical bodies and to not touch each other and ask him to stop if he does. And breaking that boundary would be grounds for serious; potentially unsolvable problems.
My therapist says trust is expected until someone does something that would break your trust. So your wife hasn’t done anything to not earn your trust. At the same time, it’s important to realize your marriage could be better and you two need to solve that issue. And it’s healthy to set boundaries that you both agree on. Not just for her friend but also for any and all of your friends.
