Hello /u/CoatAmazing5605,
Your post was removed for the following reason(s):
Your title did not include at least two ages/genders or was not formatted correctly
Posts must:
include details about the involved parties including ages, genders, and length of relationship, and
request advice in real situations involving two or more people
We are enforcing the two rules listed above by making all titles start with ages/genders in the following format:
[##X][##X], [## X][## X], or [##-X][##-X] where ## is the age and X is the gender (currently M, F, T, A, NB, FTM, MTF but more can be added). You can have more than two ages/genders listed, but you must have at least two at the beginning of your title. Here is an example:
[34NB][88-F] We are two people in an example post
Please resubmit with a corrected title.

I mean…it sounds to me like they're doing coparenting right. Communication and checking in about their daughter. Showing her that even split up, they can put aside differences and have special stuff together. He's showing her that he respects her mother by helping her get gifts for special occasions. He's not traumatising his kid, not scoring points, and frankly I wish more people would be like they are when it comes to family breakdowns – making sure it's done with child's best interests.
I've had 2 IUDs removed and 3 inserted. The only issue I had with any of them was with Mirena, which was the first one I ever had. It was hormonal and caused a number of issues. But as soon as I replaced it with a non-hormonal copper IUD, all the problems went away. I also didn't feel much of any pain other than a quick “cramp” when taking out/inserting the IUD. It was no worse than a typical day of period cramps and was solved with a single Aleve. Not everyone has horror stories with IUDs. There's a reason they've been around for decades and are considered one of the most effective forms of birth control.
