It’s kinda nude to be a cultural catholic – it’s different for Jewish people. The circumcision and Hebrew school is included in this.
Have you spoken to your partner about what’s motivating this? Because I don’t believe in god but I’d still want my partner to convert because my Jewish identity is important to me and if I ever had kids it would be important to me that that identity is shared by them. The Jewish identity is in many ways inspired by religious things that to me don’t get their meaning from religion. Shabbat is a nice time to have dinner with family and talk. Same for the holidays – that also inspire myth and history behind the religion and culture. Hope that may help you.
