So Velma my ex and I dated for 6 years, I watch her stepson 5 days a week and we online together until she moves out this summer in an inlaw apartment off my parents house. We are supposed to split the rent but I pay it, it's hardly anything anyways.

This is the third time I've tried to have a conversation about it, but I'm not trying to be rude.
Velma and I broke up after I caught her flirting with other guys, I tried to work things out with her but she said she just didn't love me anymore (2.5 months ago). We did have other issues but she has stated repeat that she doesn't think I ever did anything intentionally wrong.

I know it sounds like she doesn't help much, but it's not her fault. I'm too much of a coward to face my traumas. Though, I did improve on certain ways. I do go grocery shopping again, hug my family, I can deal with things until once a year and I even go to work again. I did do trauma therapy with a different therapist before and it went pretty bad. Hence I try to avoid it… Maybe breaking up is what I have to do. I was hoping for a compromise. Thank you, for your input
Spouses typically aren’t invited to work events, at least not where I’ve worked. She doesn’t have a relationship with this man. Him asking her when she’s going to the office has nothing to do with her. It doesn’t sound like she responds or plays into anything he says.
None of this has to do with alcohol or being drugged and 100% on the fact that he thinks his wife may cheat.
