As for this post i understand both sides, more so yours because im married to a chef who gets the same way when they make a mistake in the recipe, it is usually best to just leave them alone when they get frustrated, no matter what you say or do it doesnt change their mood, it is usually best to leave them for about an hour or so then talk to them because until they fix their mistake they are banging shit around and usually cursing under their breathe.
