   I would calmly tell her that she has to realize how bad this looks from your end, and that she should understand that the onus is on HER to re-establish the trust between the both of you.

   You can tell her that if the roles were reversed and this were YOUR room and she discovered a condom in YOUR trash, you would JUMP at the opportunity to immediately call the roommate and the sister who you apparently allowed to sleep in your bed in your absence.
