Ok but like what's the extent of that attraction? For me, if I'm single, I can fantasize, flirt, watch porn, whatever. I used to! But most people either chat waaaaaay too long or I’m having to carry the conversation. I don’t like either. Plus I feel like I can’t really do other stuff because I’m either going to be focused on what I’m doing and not pay enough attention to the phone conversation or not be able to focus on the other thing because of the conversation. It may be unfortunate but it's just a fact that one's appearance in the workplace has a direct effect on their employer's perceptions. Dressing like a “professional”, specific to the industry of course, can effect everything from pay rises to promotion to how one is treated in the office. Most people have to dress up all week and then relish not having to do this for a weekend coffee run. The only circumstance under which your concerns might be valid would be if she's never done this before and has just suddenly become overly concerned with her appearance at work. Otherwise, this is just a woman playing the corporate game and trying to give herself the best advantages available to her in her professional life. The only thing you might be able to impact here is in getting her to dress more nicely on the weekends. You can probably accomplish that with compliments and telling her which items of her wardrobe you think she looks good in. So yeah, maybe she'll spice it up a little more for your outings, but until she doesn't care about professional advancement she's not going to start going to work looking like a slob.
