Let me get this straight. Are there legit people out there who do not wash their butt cracks with soap when they shower? Wtf????? Hey, OP. Nobody can tell you to cut your mum out, but people here will try. Admittedly, it's what I would do – but I'm NC with my mum so I know it's not an easy decision or easy path to take.
If you don't decide that, you need to move forward very carefully. Personally (assuming you dump Jess, but you're not here for advice on that), I wouldn't be okay either introducing partners to her in the future. You need to call her out on what she did and set very strict boundaries around your relationship. You also need to warn future partners about this dynamic, but be aware that they may not want to be part of it or may decide to believe your mum anyway if she tries this sort of thing again.
