Fair point. OP will have to gauge the situation herself and decide.
I guess the point is – her options are giving him a wakeup call or getting out. There is no winning scenario where she stays happily. It's not a good place to be and I feel for her.
I really love this girl I’ve known her since I was 13 and I played her for 4 years before she finally left now we kicked it off and trying to make it work I just don’t wanna lose her again
“…any promise made beside the word “forever” is no more than a lie agreed upon. There is no forever. …” -Edward Teach “Blackbeard” from the show, Black Sails.
I truly think what she’s saying is that she will choose faithfulness but no one can guarantee the future. It’s not necessarily a red flag (unless she admits to cheating in past relationships). It could just be how she is expressing her opinion. For example, I rarely ‘promise’ or guarantee anything to anyone because life is full of too many variables which could make you a liar. I’ve also seen more than I’d like of “faithful” people turned cheaters and people adamant “they would leave if cheated on” who stayed. Basically, you never know for sure u til you’re out in that position.
You're not ina relationship, you're fake dating an internet personality.
