Yeah these days if you have cold symptoms you need to get tested, simple as that. It was rude of your roommates not to test themselves and you can tell them that in the future they need to, so you can at least decide how you want to handle it.

If you want to do a deep clean of the restroom you should tell them. One thing you can do is schedule a cleaning day for when you’re both feeling better, so you clean the restroom and they clean some other part of the house.
I don’t think the vitamins thing was a dig at you, they probably just aren’t the type who takes vitamins. A lot of people don’t, and vitamins don’t necessarily stop you from getting sick or feeling better faster (as far as I know).
