Red, in addition to her emotional instability, does your W also show signs of having a strong abandonment fear? For example, a few months into your relationship, did she start showing strong jealousy over harmless events involving other women — or try to isolate you away from your close friends and family members? Thank you so, so much. I was considering leaving the door open to this again (we were long distance before he moved back home from university). He still has family in this area and his family genuinely did love me a lot (they would always say how his ex’s were awful and treated him badly) while they would say how “wonderful of a person I am and that I’m part of the family” [I am not trying to make it seem like I’m better than his exes].
I genuinely appreciate the advice wholeheartedly. It will definitely take some time especially to open myself up to someone new.
