Got a vasectomy. Still got a woman pregnant. She desires to give it up for adoption.

As the title says I had a vasectomy end of January of this year. But the the woman I had been sleeping with still wound up pregnant in July wound up having the baby very eaarly. But now says she really wants to give it up due to me not really wanting to be with her. I said that I would gladly coparent with her but other variables have pushed her to belive this is actually the best option. She doesn' to want me to take guardianship either. It doesn' t help that I have however to go to the hospital to establish paternity. She takes this as a sign that I am the deadbeat. Please any guidance is helpful I have no children but she does the lady simply doesn' t want to raise another child by herself. Which I have made crystal clear she would not have to. Would someone please tell me what my options would be since she is starting the adoption process?
