2) Lingerie photos can be unrealistic to some people. I personally do not find women in them more sexy or attractive. I love to see my fiancee in wide variety of clothes and find it sexy and attractive, but lingerie just isn't for me. Same could be true for your husband.
3) Having a preference should not automatically be categorized as a controlling behavior. If there are other issues on top of this, then you can make a better decision on whether he is controlling. But he doesn't like something like this out in the open. So that's just preference.
