I wonder about many things here.
I should begin by telling you that assuming she tells you the truth, she might not cheat on you in the future (which is what you care about I assume).

The other problem may be much worse. She is rich apparently. This is nice in isolation, you can enjoy being funneled money to (save them for future), while you ponder whether you can trust her.
However, when we take a more specific look, a dangerous possibility emerges. She might have payed the other guy to confirm her version of events. Not saying this what happened, but you should examine what you know, and “evidence” with this possibility in mind.
